The position as secretary to the health and medical care unit is placed in the strategy and planning unit but will also work partially towards the care development and quality unit. The position primarily focuses on the management of state grants, serving as secretary for the regional coordination of health and medical care, schools, and social services, as well as providing support to the medical editorial team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a secretary to the health and medical care unit, focusing on state grants and regional coordination, you will have a central role in the administrative management of Region Kronoberg's state grants. This involves monitoring announced state grants, providing support in processing and reporting state grant matters. Since this function is new to the organization, it also includes contributing to and developing routines for the management and reporting of state grants. The assignment also includes informing and training staff about processes and guidelines for state grant management.

Your role will also include serving as secretary to the county's management group for the coordination of health and medical care, schools, and social services. With shared resources, the management group works to promote close and good care, education, and social services in Kronoberg County. As a secretary, you will assist with the administrative handling of agendas, decision materials, meeting notes, and other practical meeting management.

Furthermore, you will be part of and provide administrative support to the medical editorial team. The medical editorial team serves as a consolidated competence forum for issues regarding knowledge support in health and medical care and supports the Medical Committee regarding referrals on knowledge issues. The medical editorial team quality reviews and assesses the need for local adaptations of national materials, medical guidelines, and other guidelines, routines, and pharmaceutical recommendations. The work is conducted in consultation with experts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university or college degree in social sciences. Experience working in a politically governed organization is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as being structured, meticulous, taking initiative, being service-oriented, and having good collaboration skills. To succeed in this role, you need to express yourself well in both speech and writing.

We would also like you to have experience with the document and case management system Platina and to some extent, 1177.

We offer you a qualified administrative position where the development of a new role as a state grant coordinator for the organization is combined with parts where there is an established structure from before. The workplace is located in the regional house where we work based on activity.
